These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website operated by Persatuan Jururawat Infusi Malaysia, also known as Infusion Nurses Society Malaysia (INSM). By accessing this website, creating an account, registering as a member, registering for an event, purchasing any publication or guideline, or making payment through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you should not use this website or complete any online transaction through this website.
2. About INSM
INSM is a Malaysian non-governmental organisation registered as Persatuan Jururawat Infusi Malaysia (Registration No.: PPM-001-10-20102019). INSM promotes standards of excellence in infusion care practices through professional education, training, events, dissemination of standards, membership activities, and related professional resources.
3. Definitions
- “INSM”, “we”, “our” or “us” means Persatuan Jururawat Infusi Malaysia / Infusion Nurses Society Malaysia.

6. Membership
Membership applications, renewals, and membership-related payments are subject to INSM’s membership categories, eligibility criteria, approval process, and internal governance requirements. Submission of a membership form and payment of a membership fee do not automatically guarantee acceptance unless the application is approved by INSM.
Membership benefits, access privileges, membership validity, renewal requirements, and fees may be updated by INSM from time to time. Membership is personal to the approved member and must not be transferred, shared, resold, or used by another person unless expressly permitted by INSM.
7. Events, Training, Webinars, Conferences, and Certification Activities
Registration for INSM events, webinars, seminars, conferences, workshops, certification-related activities, and training programmes is subject to availability, eligibility, successful payment confirmation, and any specific terms stated on the relevant event page or registration form.
INSM may change the speaker, trainer, facilitator, venue, online platform, date, time, programme schedule, learning method, or event format where reasonably necessary. INSM will make reasonable efforts to inform registered participants of material changes.
Certificates of attendance, participation, competence, completion, or continuing professional development records, where applicable, will be issued only after the participant has fulfilled the attendance, assessment, documentation, payment, and verification requirements set by INSM for the specific activity.
8. Publications, Guidelines, Educational Materials, and Digital Content
Any publications, guidelines, manuals, educational materials, downloadable files, or other resources made available by INSM are provided for professional education and reference purposes. They must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, uploaded, resold, modified, translated, or used commercially without prior written permission from INSM, unless expressly allowed in writing.
Clinical, educational, or professional information published by INSM is not a substitute for institutional policy, professional judgement, current clinical guidelines, regulatory requirements, or patient-specific clinical decision-making. Users remain responsible for applying information appropriately within their own clinical, institutional, and legal context.
9. Prices, Fees, and Payment
All prices and fees displayed on the Website are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), unless stated otherwise. INSM may revise prices, fees, discounts, or package details from time to time without prior notice.
Online payments are processed through the Payment Gateway. By completing payment, you agree to comply with the applicable terms, security checks, and processing requirements of the Payment Gateway, card issuer, bank, e-wallet provider, or other payment service provider involved in the transaction.
INSM does not store your full credit card or debit card details on its own website system. Payment confirmation may be subject to bank authorisation, gateway approval, fraud screening, and successful settlement.
10. Order, Registration, and Payment Confirmation
An order, event registration, membership payment, or purchase is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received and recorded by INSM or its appointed payment processor. Automated emails, payment notifications, or website confirmations may be issued for administrative purposes, but INSM reserves the right to verify payment, eligibility, stock availability, seat availability, and registration accuracy before final acceptance.
Where a payment has been made but the transaction record is incomplete, duplicated, failed, reversed, disputed, or flagged by the Payment Gateway or financial institution, INSM may request further information before confirming the transaction.
11. Cancellation, Refund, and Transfer
All cancellations, refunds, transfers, substitutions, duplicate payment requests, and related matters are governed by INSM’s Cancellation & Refund Policy published on this Website. The Cancellation & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all Website Content, INSM names, logos, designs, graphics, layouts, documents, training materials, event materials, forms, guidelines, publications, and related intellectual property are owned by INSM or used with permission.
